For today’s update:
We finally got to talk to the neurosurgery team this evening. There is no final word on what the mass is, but they are pretty hopeful that it will get smaller. So, I may be discharged from this hospital in the next few days to enter into physical therapy that help me regain some strength and stability. A medical team will continue to monitor my progress (in case you are concerned about my brilliance, rest assured that it is fully intact!). So stay tuned for my updates.
Before I close, I wanted to share a little ray of sunshine. Yesterday was Bruce’s birthday. Usually I’m pretty worn out, but I perked up for a few mins to celebrate with the traditional Brantly birthday song.
